Note:  Grants will not be offered to programs with outstanding quarterly reports from previously awarded OMeGA grants.  In addition, payment schedules for all grant cycles will be interrupted for programs with outstanding quarterly/final reports.  All reports, financial reconciliations and/or receipts must be submitted in a timely manner to be eligible to receive another grant and for the payment schedule to remain uninterrupted.

2014-2015 Residency/core competency innovation grant recipients

This application period was 4 months earlier than in past years in response to applicant programs that have requested earlier grant notification. The new schedule allows programs the full academic year to complete projects.

Grants were awarded to 31.8% of programs requesting funds.  These grants, up to $20,000, are meant to improve the six ACGME core competencies as they apply to orthopaedic surgery graduate medical education.  Congratulations!
