New scholarship cycle provides CME support for fellows is now open

OMeGA is launching a new scholarship cycle for the 2022-2023 academic year to provide funding to clinical fellows to attend an ACCME-accredited meeting.

  • OMeGA will award up to one scholarship per orthopaedic teaching institution per academic year.

  • Scholarships up to $2,000 will be available.

  • Covered meetings are subject to funded categories. 1

  • Covered expenses are registration (if applicable), travel, and lodging. 2

  • Interested clinical fellows must complete a short application August 1-26.

1 Covered meetings are limited to OMeGA's 27 partners and the subspecialties for which we have support. This includes subspecialty categories and a non-subspecialty category that includes AAOS, AOA, ORS, RJGOS, RJOS, MSIS, and ORA.

2 Several societies have shown their support for fellowship education and the registration fee will not be incurred by the fellow scholarship recipient for these meetings.


For the 2022-2023 academic year, the following meetings are available to be funded by OMeGA's CME scholarship:
